Awesome bang for your buck! I was pleased to notice they even utilized recycled packaging, which is cool for cutting down on waste. Plus, the freebies are a sweet bonus.

I mean, I’m not really upset, but when you place an order and it claims 1-2 working days for delivery, it’s a bit of a letdown when it’s the 3rd or 4th day and nothing’s shown up. You’ve got a shop in Birmingham, so how tough can it be to send stuff to the next county? The prices are decent and the website is easy to navigate, but honestly, my first impressions aren’t great, especially since I had to bail on a commander tournament (after stressing that my order was urgent) because my commander didn’t arrive in time. Not cool, folks. Not cool. I’m not after a refund or anything, 'cause I’m sure my cards will show up eventually, but I just wanted to express that I’m not satisfied with the service right now.

Update: I managed to reach customer service, and they’ve promised me that my order is on its way. If the cards don’t come through, they’ll send a replacement.

Now, I head there weekly with my buddies, knowing we have a table that suits us, and we can rearrange if needed without any hassle. There’s a whole archive of MTG cards if we want to grab some singles for a quick game, and I don’t have to yell to be heard since the place is spacious. Plus, I never have to stress about snacks or drinks because they offer a good variety at reasonable prices.

One day this week, we celebrated a friend’s birthday and thought ordering pizza while playing D&D would be awesome. I gave the staff a heads-up the day before, and they were totally cool with it. The large tables worked perfectly for our pizza feast. It was a fantastic day, and I wouldn’t have had that experience without the store’s generosity. That’s why I’m more than happy to recommend this place to anyone into TCGs, board games, D&D, and more. A special shoutout to Tu Manaleak Nguyen for helping me and my friends become regulars!

Once again, these folks dropped the ball on shipping, taking more than a week. I even had to shoot them an email just to get them to send my order. When you're shelling out extra cash compared to ordering from Europe, you’d think they’d have a decent delivery process. Steer clear unless you’re really stuck for cards—seems like they’re more focused on their social media and streaming FNM than on getting cards out the door.
